Believe it or not, I wrote this song when I was feeling very angry towards another person. I didn’t like feeling angry and wrote this song asking for greater understanding and compassion. We could use this all around the world.

Dear God, please reach out your magic hand
And fill my soul with love that I can give my fellow man
And give me strength to understand
Who they are and who I am

Dear God, I know that we're not all the same
You gave us different minds different reasons, different names
But look into the eyes of another and you see
That we are really one and want to live in harmony

Dear God, spread your love I want to share
The heart of everyone and feel the love I know is there
So let us all take hands around the world and show we care
We realize in the end, we need each other everywhere
And after all, it's love that's all that's there
